How ChromaTOF Sync Works
The Pegasus GC-MS platform delivers sample sets with a wealth of chemical information. But, without appropriate tools, it can be a daunting task to scour these large, dense datasets for key sample set insights. LECO developed Sync to co-process BT data, leveraging chemical information in each sample to yield a single, unified peak table for the entire set. The result is an enriched user experience, with group data much greater than the sum of its parts: expect cleaner deconvoluted spectra, precise trend identification, and built-in statistical tools to accelerate conclusions


Sync was developed and tested with real-world experimental data: Retention time shifts, challenging peak shapes, and large analyte dynamic ranges are easily tamed and aligned for simplified review.
