The MX400 and MX500 both offer fast, automatic cycles, dual-mount capability, jam-free operation, and an intuitive touchscreen interface. The MX400 is ideal for labs using a single mold size, available in fixed diameters from 1.25″ to 50 mm. The MX500 adds flexibility with quick-change mold cylinders for all five standard sizes, making it perfect for labs handling varied or evolving sample needs. Both models maintain rapid cycle times and support accessories like water recirculation and exhaust hoods for enhanced efficiency and daily use.
Efficient Cooling & Water Conservation
The optional MX Water Recirculator is a compact, closed-loop cooling system that conserves water and simplifies setup by eliminating the need for facility water and drain. Its efficient air-cooled design rapidly cools the recirculation water, enabling fast and consistent cycle times even during continuous, high-throughput use.
