Evaluate the performance of GCxGC-HR-TOFMS equipped with a Multi-Mode Ion Source (MMS) using hydrogen as an alternative carrier gas. Results demonstrate successful operation across EI, PCI, and NCI modes, maintaining a resolving power of 25,000 and sub-1 ppm mass accuracy, providing a robust solution to rising helium costs.
