Optical Calibration & Measurement Services
LECO provides accredited optical calibration and service support to ensure your hardness testing and imaging systems deliver accurate, defensible results—helping you stay compliant, reduce downtime, and meet audit requirements with confidence.
Our optical service specialists offer both field and in‑house calibration, preventive maintenance, and repair for LECO hardness testers, microscopes, and metallographic systems. Services are performed by qualified technicians who also support customers with proper instrument setup and interpretation of applicable testing standards.
Optical calibrations are performed in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 and applicable ASTM standards. LECO’s optical service department is accredited by the American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA) under Certificate No. 1845.01.

Produced and maintained under controlled conditions, LECO reference materials are designed to support elemental, thermal, and combustion‑based analytical techniques.
