PX400 and PX500 models feature high-torque, VFD-controlled motors for consistent speed and faster, uniform polishing—even with large or multiple samples. Supporting 8″, 10″, and up to 12″ platens (PX500), the series offers flexibility and delivers exceptionally flat, consistent specimens essential for accurate microstructure and hardness analysis.

Ease of Use & Automation

The PX Series prioritizes ease of use with intuitive controls across all models. PX400 and PX500 feature a 7″ touchscreen for quick access to pre-loaded and custom methods, adjustable speeds, and safety features like two-point start and emergency stop. The PX300 offers simple analog controls and an optional foot pedal and manual head with spring-assisted lift—making it accessible for users of any experience level. 

Clean, Safe, and Low-Maintenance

The PX Series is designed for cleanliness and safety. A deep, spill-resistant bowl with a spiral drain minimizes splashing, while an automatic bowl wash and spin-dry cycle (PX300/400/500) reduce cleanup and prevent abrasive buildup. Quick-detach water spigots simplify rinsing. Safety features include protective splash guards, LED work lights, emergency stop buttons, and fully enclosed housings that meet CE and international safety standards—ensuring safe, reliable operation in demanding lab environments.
