Comprehensive Molecular Profiling using HR-TOFMS

This study demonstrates the use of LECO’s Pegasus GC-HRT for urine analysis, enabling high-resolution molecular profiling and monitoring of drug use. With rapid acquisition, high mass accuracy (<1 ppm), and resolving power up to 50k, the instrument provides high-quality spectral data for confident compound identification through library searching, molecular formula determination, and evaluation of metabolites and other compounds in clinical and research applications.
