For Returns outside of the United States, please\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/dev26.lecowebtest.com\/es\/contact\/\" data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"32\">contact your local LECO Office.<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please have the following information available:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Company Address (City, State, Zip)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Company Contact Name<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Company Contact Phone Number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Company Contact Email Address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Original LECO Order Number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Original Customer Purchase Order Number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer Account Number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>LECO Part Number of each item being returned<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Quantity of each item being returned<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reason for Return<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, please note the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All items must be properly packaged<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The RMA number must be prominently displayed on the outside of the shipping container or on the shipping label<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any item returned to LECO without an RMA number will be returned to the customer at the customer\u2019s expense<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All items must be returned FOB destination<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Items must be received at LECO within 30 days of the date the RMA was issued<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Credit value will be determined after the part is returned to LECO USA and inspected<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Consumable products and spare parts over 6 months old will not be accepted for credit<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Obsolete product, as determined by LECO, will not be accepted<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>LECO reserves the right to impose a restocking charge for all returned items.
