Metabolomic Profiling Rice and Corn with GC-TOFMS

This study demonstrates the use of LECO’s Pegasus BT GC-TOFMS for metabolomic profiling of corn and rice. Optimized for speed and broad metabolite detection, the system enables comprehensive analysis of biochemical traits that influence crop quality, yield, nutritional content, and stress tolerance. Powerful software tools support peak finding, annotation, and rapid data interpretation for enhanced insights into crop diversity and disease resistance.
